Paul is owner and founder of Active Personal Fitness. He is a NASM and ACE certified personal trainer, Spinning instructor and teaches our popular Boot Camp classes.

Lori Carroll
Personal Trainer
and Group Exercise Instructor

Lori is a NASM-certified personal trainer and a mom of two. She trains in-home clients and teaches our Elevation Boot Camp classes.

Join us for a truly unique fitness program designed to showcase the Borough and give you an amazing workout. Beginning April 17th, our Personal Trainers will lead you on a "Workout Tour of Doylestown".

The class is $15 for residents of Doylestown Borough and $20 for non-residents.

We invite you to expect the unexpected. On the first and third Saturday of the month we will provide you with a completely new experience in exercise. Our program will make you move...in more ways than you can imagine. Register NOW using the form at the bottom of the page.

We will take you through the Borough of Doylestown in a totally new way. Starting at a pre-determined location, our trainers will lead you from place to place on foot, stopping at parks, points of interest, physically challenging terrain and even merchant shops to perform various mini-workouts.

What is a mini-workout? Good question. You will be challenged at each location by a 15 minute whirlwind workout supervised by one of our certified personal trainers. We draw on Pilates, sports circuits, body weight exercises, cardio kickboxing, team challenges, fitness games, and much more. Each stop provides options for everyone to work at their own fitness level.

How do you get from place to place? On foot, of course. Moving at a moderate jogging or power walking pace we will navigate the Borough streets keeping your heart rate up as you anticipate what awaits you at the next stop.
