Paul Dziewisz - Owner and Lead Fitness Trainer

I founded Active Personal Fitness 4 years ago after a 15+ year career in Information Technology because I wanted to make difference in people's lives. I work with clients throughout the Delaware Valley region who face all the common struggles around weight loss, conditioning and living a healthy lifestyle. I understand the stresses of fitting exercise into a busy schedule with work pressures and chauffeuring kids. I work with my clients to give them realistic goals and strategies to make permanent lifestyle changes and get RESULTS.

I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer.

Lori Carroll - Fitness Trainer and Boot Camp Instructor

I enjoy working with Active Personal Fitness clients one-on-one and teaching Elevation Boot Camp on Monday nights in Chalfont. I am a NASM certified personal trainer for over 6 years. I also teach Total Body Strength group exercise class which is a total body workout involving barbells and plates. The energy you get when teaching a group is wonderful, but I also love the individual instruction when working with just one person.

I have 2 children ages 5 and 8 and work out 5-6 days a week of varied cardio, weights, yoga and boot camp classes. Personal Training is the most rewarding thing I have ever done! My ideal client is someone who is ready and willing to put in the work (even on the days they don't feel like it)! I like working with people who are up for new things and want to challenge themselves. I want the workouts to be tough, but FUN! Bring your sense of humor to work with me. :)
