My early season rides have been significantly better than last year's (and my riding buddies have noticed the difference!). The time and effort spent in IST has helped me strengthen my core muscle group and increased my level of endurance, which is already translating into great results on my bike this year. Paul is owner and founder of Active Personal Fitness. He is a CrossFit Level 1 certified personal trainer, Madd Dogg Spinning instructor and teaches our popular Boot Camp classes.
Lori is a NASM-certified personal trainer and a mom of two. She trains in-home clients and teaches our Elevation Boot Camp classes.
