Paul is owner and founder of Active Personal Fitness. He is a NASM and ACE certified personal trainer, Spinning instructor and teaches our popular Boot Camp classes.

Lori is a NASM-certified personal trainer and a mom of two. She trains in-home clients and teaches our Elevation Boot Camp classes.

Led by one of Central Bucks' leaders in Personal Training and Group Exercise, we are bringing our unique brand of fitness right to your backyard in New Britain Township.

Large group energy in a small group setting - Are there 30, 40 or even 50 people in your Boot Camp class?? How much individual attention are you getting? We give you personal attention with class sizes under 15 people.

Tired of Pushups on the Wet Grass and Mud - Our Boot Camp offers an indoor option ALL YEAR ROUND!! We want to be outside too, but exercising in the pouring rain makes no sense to us.

We are expert Personal Fitness Trainers, not “Drill Instructors” - Our instructors are certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). We teach many group exercise formats and incorporate them into your workouts.

Everything about Elevation boot camp is focused on YOU. We make it convenient, challenging and personalized.

Convenient - The classes are held at High Performance Gymnastics in Chalfont in cold weather months and at the popular North Branch Park in warmer weather. Held in the sunrise hours (5:45am) on M/W/F and at 6:15pm on Monday/Tues/Thurs. All you need to do is take a quick walk or drive to our location and you're ready to go.

Challenging - Our unique Gold/Silver/Bronze workout options allow for people of all levels to workout together while still challenging their own fitness level.

Personalized - We offer pre-session fitness assessments to help us guide you with the correct exercise selection. This allows our expert instructors to help you with correct form and proper intensity and offers you insight into what you need to work on.

Not into Boot Camps??
Elevation boot camp is heavy on the exercise and light on the boot camp. There is no drill instructor, no whistles, no yelling and no name calling. Instead, you will get personalized attention that will provide you with education, motivation and accountability.

Education - We want you to know what exercises to do and why to do them. You will learn from our instructors so you can apply the exercises to your home workouts.
Motivation - Our instructors are successful at getting the most out of their clients. We will find your motivational triggers and help you work your absolute hardest to reach your goals.
Accountability - Do you need help sticking to your program? We are here to keep tabs on your progress. We will measure you at the beginning and the end and track your workouts in between so that you reach your goals.

A Spinning class with a little extra. This class is always full in the fall, winter and spring so call 215-822-2303 to sign up in advance and start your Sunday off right. PSC members only.
