Paul is owner and founder of Active Personal Fitness. He is a NASM and ACE certified personal trainer, Spinning instructor and teaches our popular Boot Camp classes. Lori Carroll Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor
Lori is a NASM-certified personal trainer and a mom of two. She trains in-home clients and teaches our Elevation Boot Camp classes.

For every exercise in our program there is a Gold, Silver, or Bronze option. Each option is designed to match your ability level and allows for people of all fitness levels to work side-by-side without feeling like they can't keep up.
